All you have to do is contact the coordinators of the Baltic Sea Challenge and sign a commitment to prepare an action plan for a healthier sea. We will assist you through the procedure of preparing an action plan, and provide you extra visibility!

We will give you practical guidance and good examples, among other material. We will also invite you to educational seminars and events, to be arranged in Estonia, Latvia and Finland. Besides cross-border events, there will be several local seminars held in local languages, especially targeted to civil servants in cities and municipalities.
