City of Turku

City of Turku is the former capital of Finland and currently the fifth largest city of Finland with 180 000 inhabitants. Turku runs the work package 5 - Investment ideas. Together with Helsinki, Turku initiated the Baltic Sea Challenge campaign in Finland in 2007 and published a joint action plan.
