Cities for a Healthier Sea

improving the state of the coastal waters and the entire Baltic Sea by implementing water protection measures on a voluntary basis (actions not required by the law) at a local level
developing action and investment plans for the project partners
increasing awareness of the state of the Baltic Sea among civil servants and general public
activating other actors such as cities / municipalities, NGOs and schools to take part in the work for a healthier sea and strengthen their commitment e.g. by means of awareness raising and concrete action plans
promoting the dialog between civil servants, politicians, researchers and other actors
